For this special occasion Audio Illustrated invited some special guest over from Germany to join the party such as Johannes Heil and Oliver Huntemann. Since his album 'Reality To Midi' (1998) Johannes Heil belongs to the most promising and successful artists of the German Techno Underground. Expect a banging Live-set by this grandmaster of techno with an electro feeling.
For the people who don’t know about Oliver Huntemann yet… ;) He was at the foundation of several successful dancelabels like Confused, Spezial Music and Toscana. He released many tracks as Huntemann, H-Man (with Stefan Bodzin), Kaycee, Taiko or Jeux Floraux. Expect dirty minimal and electro by this propounded artist from the city of Hamburg.
The main room will also be the playground for visuals artists like Kleurbleur, known from the infamous Electronation party’s throughout the Netherlands, Reach Visuals which is playing around a lot with Cocoon and Absolute Music and graphic artist and visualizers E202 which are responsible for the custom design of the flyers (thanks again!).
Within the room downstairs there is a mixture of audio-visual performances, an interactive installation and very danceable minimal grooves from Robert Powlson. First of all the interactive installation by Drift’in will be displayed. What we mean by interactive you have to find out for your self by doing it yourself. :) Furthermore there are audio-visual performances by BadArt, atmospheric breaks and electro combined with abstract images, Robotfunk will bring groovy minimal and experimental beats with years of experience in multimedia. Furthermore there is Jane Snijders which is specialized in just about everything with sound and image. Last but surely not least the rocking duo of Pantov will present their dirty electro sounds combined with their best visual artwork.
The project Audio Illustrated has been envisaged by Virtual Events; a young creative company for 3D design, special projection techniques, audio production (sound design) and VJ performances.
